Tyreek Hill (heel) will play 'unless something happens'

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said he thinks WR Tyreek Hill and RB Darrel Williams will play Sunday night "unless something happens. (Herbie Teope on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Hill practiced on Friday and should play this weekend against the Steelers barring a late setback. It is possible he is still limited in snaps to some degree, but he should be out on the field.
