Fantasy Impact:
Moore has been incredibly inconsistent as a rookie but has game-breaking talent that could help dictate the flow of this game. With that said, the Cardinals have not proven that they know how to utilize and involve their electric receiver well enough to trust week-to-week. Moore was able to participate in practice all week, albeit in a limited fashion, and should be out there for all of the snaps he can handle.
