Fantasy Impact:
CEH missed last week's game due to a shoulder injury. His return further clouds the outlook for the KC backfield Sunday against the Bills. Darrel Williams deals with an injury of his own and is questionable to suit up. He was quickly faded in favor of Jerick McKinnon last week against the Steelers. McKinnon had a big game and may have earned more of a role, but CEH could return and be the primary option in the dynamic Chiefs' offense.
