Fantasy Impact:
Mcadoo, who coached with the Cowboys this season and the Giants several seasons ago will now be the offensive coordinator for the Panthers. The move comes at a bit of a surprise as the veteran coach went 13-16 during his span as a head coach with the Giants from 16-17.
