The Las Vegas Raiders are expected to hire former Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels to become the next head coach of the organization. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

This should come as no surprise after the Raiders made former Patriots personnel man Dave Ziegler there next general manager. The Raiders are still working to finalize the deal with McDaniels has he will look to unlock even more of quarterback Derek Car’s potential and return the Raiders to prominence.
