Fantasy Impact:
The 36-year-old has put together a strong 13-year career, logging game action with the Patriots, Browns, Cardinals, Texans, Bears, 49ers, and Colts. Although the Patriots are content at quarterback with Mac Jones, the team will surely explore re-signing Hoyer. The veteran offers experience, valuable mentorship, and adequate quarterbacking talent if anything were to happen to Jones. With that said, Hoyer is merely a backup option and doesn't have any fantasy intrigue.
