On Tuesday, reports dropped that Metcalf was spotted in a walking boot post-surgery. It was reported the veteran had surgery early in the week to remove a screw in his foot from a previous surgery dating back to 2020-2021. it's unclear how the injury affected the veteran but he did have a down year last year. He should be all good to go for the 2022 season.
