Braxton Berrios re-signs two-year deal with Jets

by Owen Klukas | Dolphins Correspondent | Mon, Mar 14th 2:45pm EDT

Per Adam Schefter, the Jets are re-signing wide receiver Braxton Berrios to a two-year, $12 million deal with 7$ million fully guaranteed. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Berrios, who caught 46 passes on 65 targets for 431 yards and two touchdowns, had his best season as a pro in 2021 for the Jets. The slot wideout will continue to develop and be a nice safety blanket for young quarterback Zach Wilson. If Jamison Crowder, who is an unrestricted free agent signs with another team, Berrios would see an expanded role in the slot next season.
