Fantasy Impact:
According to Tom Pelissero, Harty could still draw some interest on an offer sheet from other teams. The speedy receiver had his best season as a pro last year with the Saints recording career-highs in targets (59), receptions (36), receiving yards (570), and receiving touchdowns (3).
