Tyler Conklin signs with Jets

Fantasy Impact:
The former fifth-round draft pick was impressive last season with the Vikings. He compiled 61 receptions for 593 and three touchdowns. Depending on how New York decides to divide touches between him and C.J. Uzomah, Conklin could be a solid TE pick for fantasy managers.
