Bruce Arians has announced his retirement from coaching in the NFL. Todd Bowles has agreed to a 5-year contract to become the Buccaneers new head coach. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Todd Bowles had his final two years voided from his defensive coordinator contract, a position he has occupied for the past three seasons in Tampa. Bowles has accumulated a 26-41 head coaching record in five season as a HC, but has never coached a team with this much talent on both sides of the ball. The Buccaneers are expected to be a top-ranked team again this coming season, while Arians will make the move to the front-office in Tampa Bay.
