The Arizona Cardinals have selected TE Trey McBride with the No. 55 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact:
The 2021 John Mackey Award winner caught 90 passes for 1,121 yards in his final year at Colorado State. McBride has a NextGen Stats score of 85, making him the highest-ranked tight end in the 2022 Draft. Coupled with Zach Ertz, McBride gives Arizona a two-TE set, expanding Kyler Murray's choices in offensive weapons. However, he would only be worth a late-round flyer in redraft leagues as he is squarely behind Ertz in the depth chart for offensive opportunities. In dynasty leagues, he is worth the add.
