Matt Corral selected No. 94 by Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers have selected QB Matt Corral with the No. 94 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact:
The 6-foot-2, 212-pound QB from Ole Miss is undersized comparatively but excels in being decisive and making quick throws all over the field. While he is good at eluding pressure, his poise and accuracy take a hit once he is mobile. There should be some competition at QB for the Panthers, though fantasy managers will probably see Sam Darnold begin the year as the starter. Corral may be a year or two away from directing Carolina's offense, but those in dynasty leagues can stash him for his future potential on a team with not much in his way to take over.
