Toney, a first-round pick for the team last year, underwent a minor procedure on his knee this offseason, but he is expected to be good to go for training camp. There have been trade talks surrounding the Florida product this offseason, and those combined with this injury creates a less-than ideal scenario for dynasty managers of the young receiver.
