Fantasy Impact:
This is a big post-draft addition for the Browns after the pass-rusher had nine sacks last season. Clowney reportedly had deals with other teams upwards of $14-15 million annually for multiple years, but opted to return to Cleveland. The Browns have the look of a contender and the defense will be a huge part of that.
