Fantasy Impact:
Tolbert was able to take punt return reps on Thursday. With James Washington (foot) sidelined, Simi Fehoko & TJ Vasher were big beneficiaries seeing more reps with Dak Prescott. It is not ideal for the rookie wide receiver to be missing these reps at practice, but it doesn't appear to be super serious if he is working with the special teams as a punt returner.
