Allen Lazard not at mandatory minicamp Tuesday

Allen Lazard did not report to the Packers' mandatory minicamp Tuesday. As he has not signed his RFA tender, minicamp is technically not mandatory for him. (Lily Zhao on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It appears Lazard is angling for a new contract. He has some leverage as he would appear to be first on the Packers' depth chart at wide receiver. This is a situation to monitor in case it lingers into training camp.
