Jalen Tolbert (hamstring) returns to practice Tuesday

Fantasy Impact:
Tolbert reportedly saw the most reps he has seen in practice all spring. He saw a ton of reps on Tuesday with a lot of them coming out of the slot. The rookie receiver is going to have a ton of opportunity the rest of camp this offseason and into the early part of the regular season with Michael Gallup coming off a torn ACL.
