Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins is making a significant impression ahead of his second season in the NFL. According to Sarah Barshop of ESPN, quarterback Davis Mills labeled Collins as a player who has stood out this spring, explaining that he has a "good grasp of this offense" and "his talent is off the charts." Collins generated plenty of hype ahead of his rookie season but ultimately underperformed due to injuries and the woeful state of the Texans' offense. He still salvaged 33 catches, 446 yards, and one touchdown through 14 games. Heading into 2022, the Texans will look to get him even more involved as their clear-cut No. 2 wideout. He has some bench appeal in deeper fantasy leagues this coming season.
