Derrick Henry unlikely to play in preseason

According to a quote from Mike Vrabel, Derrick Henry is unlikely to get any action during the Titans' preseason games. (Terry McCormick on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After missing the final nine games of the 2021 regular season with a broken bone in his foot, Henry returned to play in the Titans' divisional round loss to the Bengals. The Titans being cautious with their superstar running back is not surprising with the intense usage he has seen over the last few seasons. Fantasy managers should not overthink drafting Henry with their first-round pick in drafts this summer, as he has an elite mix of usage and efficiency in a run-heavy offense.
