Mekhi Becton moving to right tackle

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the New York Jets are officially moving T Mekhi Becton to right tackle in favor of sixth-year T George Fant at left tackle. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Becton was taken 11th overall in the 2020 NFL Draft, but he got off to a slow start after being seen as a bit of a project. After two seasons at left tackle — though he only played one game last season due to injury — the Jets have decided to move on with the veteran Fant on the left side, placing Becton on the right. Becton showed up to training camp slimmer than expected, according to ESPN's Rich Cimini, and will be cleared from the physically unable to perform list once he passes a physical.
