Parham has been a breakout candidate for many since entering the league, and this year finally seems like it may be the year. He has impressed at camp, and the TE1 spot in Los Angeles is wide open with the departure of Jared Cook. For fantasy purposes, Parham should be a priority TE target in the late rounds of drafts.
