Fitzpatrick has been dealing with an injury that knocked him out for most of this off-season, but he is finally healthy and has returned to practice. He is one of the best safeties in all of the NFL when healthy, and this news is great for Pittsburgh's defense, who projects to be among the best in the league again this year.
