Herbert has impressed in the little opportunities he's been given over his career, and now it seems like the coaching staff really wants to get him involved in the offense. He has gotten some first-team reps at practice, and it is rumored that it may be more of a shared backfield than people think. If true, this news makes Herbert a valuable late pick, and it may hurt some of the value that David Montgomery brings with his projected workload.
