Daniel Jones will play in preseason opener

According to Mike Giardi of NFL Network, QB Daniel Jones will get some game action during the New York Giants' preseason opener on Thursday. (Mike Giardi onTwitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jones is entering a new offense lead by head coach Brian Daboll, who emphasized getting reps in for anyone on the team who is healthy. It's unclear how much Jones will play, but with reports about his camp struggles, the Giants likely just want to give him a few live game reps to ease him further into the new system as he enters Year 4 of his career.
