49ers QB Trey Lance completed 4-of-5 passes for 92 yards and one touchdown in San Francisco's preseason opener versus Green Bay. He additionally rushed once for seven yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Lance produced a rock-solid performance in the 49ers' first preseason game, but his highlight of the contest occurred on his final play before being taken out, where he launched a 76-yard touchdown pass to rookie WR Danny Gray. That sealed a perfect QB rating of 158.3. Lance is set to take over QB duties for the 49ers this season, and has plenty of potential to serve as a QB1 for fantasy purposes.
