Kellen Mond throws two TDs in preseason opener

Kellen Mond didn't start the game, but he did shine when he was on the field, going 9-for-14 with 119 yards and two touchdowns during the Vikings' 26-20 loss to the Raiders.
Fantasy Impact:
With Kirk Cousins unavailable due to Covid, Mond and Sean Mannion split the quarterback duties. The two are battling to be Cousins' backup, and the 23-year-old impressed once he could find a rhythm with the offense. His TD passes, both to WR Albert Wilson, were two yards and 20 yards in distance.
