Fantasy Impact:
Hooper, who the Titans picked up earlier this off-season, has been having a very nice preseason for the team. He is developing good chemistry with Ryan Tannehill, and he has proven to be a reliable target at practice. For fantasy purposes, he could find himself with late sleeper value, and he could be a very good pickup in best ball leagues.
