The Patriots' defense racked up four turnovers and five sacks against the Panthers on Friday evening. The unit also capitalized on a fumble recovery in the end zone, securing a defensive touchdown.

Safety Brenden Schooler and cornerback Shaun Wade both picked off a pass in the contest. Safety Joshua Bledsoe forced and recovered his own fumble. Meanwhile, defensive lineman DaMarcus Mitchell stripped P.J. Walker in the end zone and defensive tackle Sam Roberts scooped it up for the score.
