Hunter Renfrow (concussion) has officially been ruled out for Week 3 against Tennessee. (Field Yates on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Renfrow suffered a concussion late in the Raiders’ Week 2 loss to Arizona. Derek Carr will be without one of his top options as the Raiders look to grab their first win of the season. Mack Hollie’s and Keelan Cole should see additional targets against the Titans.
