Kyle Philips is officially inactive for Tennessee's Week 3 matchup against Las Vegas.
Fantasy Impact:
Philips was limited in practice all week with a shoulder injury. Josh Gordon was elevated off the practice squad, but he is still fourth or fifth on the depth chart. Ryan Tannehill's primary receivers will be Robert Woods, Treylon Burks, and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.
