Fantasy Impact:
Garrett is expected to return to the building on Thursday after being released from the hospital on Tuesday. We should get a clearer picture of his potential availability for Week 4 tomorrow afternoon, but for now, fantasy managers should prepare to be without their DL1 until further notice. It sounds like Garrett avoided any serious injuries, so there is some hope, but contingency plans should be put into place.
