Mac Jones being ruled out by New England

QB Mac Jones was listed as out, according to the New England Patriots injury report, and will not play in Week 4 following his ankle injury from Week 3. (patriots.com)
Fantasy Impact:
QB Brian Hoyer will be the teams' starter with rookie Bailey Zappe operating as the backup. Hoyer is a veteran in the NFL and has played in 75 career games, but all of New England's offensive weapons should be downgraded, especially against a strong Green Bay Packers defense allowing just 15 points per game this year.
