Jadeveon Clowney is officially inactive and will not play in Cleveland's Week 4 matchup against Atlanta.
Fantasy Impact:
This will make the second straight week that the Browns will be without Clowney, and they are also without Myles Garrett today. These absences serve as a slight upgrade to the primary Atlanta offensive players, including Drake London, Kyle Pitts, Cordarrelle Patterson, and Marcus Mariota.
