Jimmy Garoppolo completed 16 of his 27 pass attempts for 239 yards and one touchdown in San Francisco's Week 4 win over the Los Angeles Rams. He added one carry for three yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Garoppolo was able to produce a clean game against the defending champion Rams, despite the absence of LT Trent Williams. His touchdown connection with Deebo Samuel served as arguably the play of the game, where Garoppolo made an impressive tight-window throw to Samuel, who then proceeded to torch the Rams defense for a 57-yard catch-and-run touchdown. Garoppolo will have a friendly matchup with the Panthers in Week 5, where fantasy managers can consider him a borderline QB2.
