Fantasy Impact:
Dicker provides insurance for the Eagles after Jake Elliott was hit hard on his plant leg Sunday. In the event Elliott is not recovered, Dicker will draw the start in Week 5. Dicker has yet to kick in the NFL, but converted on 75.9% of his field goal attempts in college.
