Fantasy Impact:
Brown missed the Cowboys' Week 8 game against the Bears with the foot injury, and he's obviously still not 100% despite having the bye week to recover. Still, the fact that he's practicing at all, even in a limited capacity, bodes well for his availability on Sunday. It's a tough matchup against a Packers secondary that has allowed the seventh-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers, so fantasy managers would be wise to steer clear of Brown even if he does suit up.
