Dustin Hopkins (hamstring) missed his third consecutive practice on Friday. He has officially been ruled out for Week 10 against the 49ers. (Tyler Dragon on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
With Hopkins sidelined, Week 9 hero Cameron Dicker will handle kicking duties for the Chargers once again. Given Los Angeles' strong offense, Dicker is a solid streamer this weekend.
