Von Miller set to have MRI tomorrow

Von Miller is set to have an MRI Friday after injuring his knee Thursday against the Lions. The team’s initial diagnosis is a knee sprain. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Miller was carted to the locker room towards the end of the first half after appearing to injure his knee while rushing Jared Goff. If the initial diagnosis is correct, the Bills’ pass rusher would have a chance to return this season. Any injury that ends Miller’s season would be a massive loss for the Bills.
