Fantasy Impact:
Williams returned in Week 11 and appeared to have re-aggravated his ankle while reeling his only target in the game. Keenan Allen is expected to play as of Friday, and Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter will garner the attention of QB Justin Herbert against Arizona's 22nd-ranked pass defense.
