Philadelphia Eagles D/ST allows 33 points in win over Packers

by Mike Maher | Eagles Correspondent | Mon, Nov 28th 12:52am EST

The Philadelphia Eagles D/ST allowed 33 points in Sunday's win over the Green Bay Packers. The Packers produced 342 total yards and averaged five yards per carry on the ground, but the Philadelphia offense scored 40 points and enjoyed a 35:34 to 24:26 advantage in the time of possession department.

Fantasy Impact:

The Eagles D/ST did manage to intercept Aaron Rodgers twice before he left the game with a rib injury, but this was not an encouraging performance for a defense that added Linval Joseph and Ndamukong Suh in an attempt to shore up their leaky run defense. Things won't get any easier in Week 13 when they hose Derrick Henry and the Tennessee Titans.
