Zonovan Knight rushed for 69 yards on 14 carries and caught 3-of-3 targets for an additional 34 yards in New York’s 31-10 win over the Bears in Week 12.

Fantasy Impact:

Knight, an undrafted rookie out of NC State, rushed for 69 yards against the Bears which is the most by a Jet making his NFL debut since Matt Snell in 1964, nearly 60 years ago. Knight was activated over the weekend and took James Robinson’s spot in the active roster, a move head coach Robert Saleh made to try and spark the Jets’ offense. Knight provided that spark, totaling over 100 yards from scrimmage in the first NFL game. Michael Carter suffered an ankle injury, so Knight should be considered on the waiver wire this week as he could be the lead back in Week 13 against the Vikings.
