Jimmy Garoppolo has been downgraded to out against the Dolphins because of an ankle injury. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This was hardly a surprise even though Garoppolo was initially designated as questionable. He'll likely undergo further testing but, even if he avoided a fracture, he is probably dealing with an ankle sprain. The 49ers should further update his status after the game.
