James Robinson held to 10 yards in Week 13 loss

James Robinson rushed for 10 yards on four carries and was not targeted in the passing game in New York’s 27-22 loss to the Vikings in Week 13.

Fantasy Impact:

Robinson has not had any kind of impact, fantasy-wise or in real life, on the Jets' offense outside of their upset win against Buffalo in early November. In four games with New York, Robinson has rushed for 85 yards on 29 carries (2.9 ypc) with zero rushing touchdowns and caught 2-of-3 targets for five yards and one receiving touchdown. However, 13 of those carries, 48 of those yards, and all receiving stats came in the Buffalo game. In the other three games, Robinson has totaled 37 yards on 16 carries. For whatever reason, he has fallen out of favor in New York, even after looking like a savior when he came from Jacksonville via trade following Breece Hall’s knee injury and the recent injury to Michael Carter. He was usurped on the depth chart by an undrafted rookie and that says all that needs to be said about Robinson right now. His pedigree and potential make him hard to cut but he is unstartable until something changes in the Jets’ backfield.
