Fantasy Impact:
Cooks was absent from practice Sunday and it now appears as if he will miss another game with a calf injury. With Nico Collins likely out Sunday as well, fantasy managers should expect Chris Moore and Phillip Dorsett to see the bulk of the targets. Fantasy managers should stay away from the Texans' offense in Week 14 as they play a tough Dallas defense.
