Higgins was only able to participate in Thursday's practice in a limited fashion. He is dealing with a hamstring injury of some kind, but he's been battling it a lot recently and it hasn't affected his game status. He's trending towards playing in Week 14, but there will be more clarity on that as the week progresses.
