Fantasy Impact:
Cooks will be inactive for the second consecutive week as he works to get healthy. Since Nico Collins (foot) has also been ruled out, Chris Moore and Phillip Dorsett will headline the Texans' passing attack. However, they should be left on waivers in most leagues.
