Zay Jones active for Week 14

Zay Jones is active for the Jaguars' Week 14 game against the Titans.
Fantasy Impact:
Jones was questionable with a chest injury but, as expected, he's good to go here. He's coming off an awful game against the Lions during which he dropped several passes, but he'll get an excellent matchup against a Titans team that allows the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Consider him a boom-bust WR3.
