by Jordan Epp | Eagles Correspondent | Tue, Jun 13th 10:14am EDT

According to Kevin Patra of nfl.com, Philadelphia Eagles CB Darius Slay called his reunion with coach Matt Patricia “cordial” as he joins the team as a defensive assistant. (Kevin Patra, nfl.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Slay had a rocky end to his tenure in Detroit, where Patricia was serving as the team’s head coach following his coaching stint in New England. Slay said “it’s another day at the office” and that the two have the same goal in mind. Head coach Nick Sirriani said he knows the two’s working relationship will be good. Slay made a pair of Pro Bowls under Patricia and has made a pair since joining the Eagles, as the former All-Pro looks to help captain one of the league’s best defenses again as they pursue another title run.
