According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, WR DeAndre Hopkins is expected to play in Week 3 for the Tennessee Titans, who travel to Cleveland. (Jeremy Fowler on Twitter)
This comes as a slight surprise only because Hopkins was downgraded each day of practice this week with an ankle injury. It's possible he could be slowed by this issue, but if he made the judgement call to play, expect him to be utilized. He is the half-PPR ECR WR29 in a solid matchup.
